Nearly everyone we met in Slovenia was extremely nice. I can't say everyone because the gate attendant at Vintgar Gorge was the one exception.

The public restroom for the park is inside the gate and the woman who was manning the gate wasn't going to let anyone pass who didn't already have a ticket in hand.

This isn't like the bathroom at McDonalds downtown. If you are at the entrance to the Gorge you're clearly going to the Gorge as there is nothing else around and no other reason to be here.

And don't think you can say, my family is in line over there buying tickets and will be right over - that didn't work for my 12 year old daughter or the little old lady we saw try it shortly after us.

Only Professor Umbridge could enjoy a tea with this charming person...
